I am filing statutes on the George Bush administration, for conspiracy against me, Chris Roller, a godly entity, and type 9 conspiracy to plan 911.

• Conspiracies to Interfere With Civil Rights (42 U.S.C. § 1985)
• Conspiracy Against Rights of Citizens (18 U.S.C. § 241)

My purpose in this complaint is not to have George Bush and his administration necessarily arrested, but simply to make them accountable for their actions on 911 and the Iraq war, so that an impeachable offense (crime) can be used against them.

I have recently proven conspiracy against me, Chris Roller, a godly entity, perpetrated by the mob in a quest to turn me into type 9, or make me look like one (a false prophet).

Godly powers are being used on the planet according to my lawsuit with David Copperfield (case 05-446). The lawsuit also shows that there is a conspiracy against me by the mob, who have somehow acquired my powers, and they're using them in deceptive manners, like magicians concealing powers as "illusions". I also suspect technology is assisted by godly powers, like chip manufacturing, and given an explanation like "it's lasers cutting silicon wafers". All the magic being used on the planet has to have a fairly real explanation.

• Type 9 - Cold-hearted - a person who enjoys the pain and suffering and hardships of other people.  These people say something for pro-chaos, but buffer it with a phrase that socially acceptable and sounds innocent - a dualism.  The best example is "Jesus died for our sins", can actually mean to the type 9, "Go ahead and sin because you'll be forgiven."  And since sin is undefined, that leaves the door open for anything evil, like the actions the mob exhibit.  Non-Type 9 would say, "Wow, I'm glad Chris Roller is on Social Security because people and companies have been wronging him."  Type 9 instead say, "Chris Roller is mooching off the system and should go out and get a job, the bum!"

  These people may not be evil/hateful in their actions, but in their thoughts and words, and who they say it to.  Their sole is tainted with evil.  Their heart has grown cold - their internal light has grown dim.  These people hate everything my web site stands for, and will call me the evil one.  I.e. "Don't trust him - he's a false prophet.  Don't give him a chance to do good he claims, cause he's just fooling you".  These people actually enjoy the current war, but they buffer it with a common pro-war/non-type-9 phrase, "We need to fight for freedom and democracy throughout the world."  Another common neutral statement is "For our safety and fear of a very few terrorist groups, lets take the war against terrorism overseas before it reaches us."  But type 9s will think, "Lets go out and kill people because war turns people into type 9s".  Ironically, suffering and hardship turns people's internal light off, in turn, making them want other's to suffer - in sort-of a contagious spiritual virus, one that I'm not sure can be cured - "fell down (into hell) and can't get up".  Once the heart grows cold, I'm not sure it can be warmed with much security of it staying warm.  Drugs can also turn people cold.  Religious brain-washing (Christian upbringing) somehow turns people against me.  Some are born this way.  If not, each person has a different suffer-resistance before they "go to hell in a hand-basket".

  Type 9 loves to be rich and does not like to suffer, and when they see a veteran on the side of road homeless with sign, instead of giving them $10, they say, "Wow, I'm glad I'm not him." Or when somebody dies, they say, "Wow, I'm glad that wasn't me." Or when they hear about a soldier that dies in Iraq, they say, "Wow, I'm glad we're rich so our kids don't have to enlist, and can stay out of that mess", or "I hope he took 10 Iraqi's with him",  instead of something more caring/respectful like, "Wow, I feel for the parents of that soldier.  I wonder if this war is worth it."  They promote fear in the public, then use the fear as an excuse/catalyst to go to war and start killing.  That when I say I'm the 2nd coming, they say "You are not, but the devil in disguise".  Or psychiatrists saying, "you're crazy Chris", or "You're experiencing an episode, Chris" shortly after showing court papers that godly powers are on the planet.  Or "Chris, you're manic because you speak fast" instead of "you speak fast because you're mind is so quick and smart".

  The only time type 9 will give anything (like charity) is when it's of a public nature - so that's everybody knows that they're a good guy, even though, internally, they're thinking "this sucks".  Type 9 would best be described as a good-guy con-man.

  If you think promoting chaos throughout the world, is the way for peace throughout the world - "create chaos to create peace" philosophy vs. "contain/control chaos to create peace", you are probably type 9.  Notice the distinction is quite fine-lined,  as it is easy for some people to become cold, and convince you that they're not.

I live next door to a mob man who's dad is a billionaire.  I've spoken with him many times.  In our talks, he explains that the mob owns the country, and the Mafia runs the country. The Mafia are mob members turned political. In talking with him, I found out there is a trillionaire in the Minneapolis area - he calls his "cousin".  From the David Copperfield case, the mob are receiving godly money and are somehow hiding it via tax loopholes.  Its my understanding that there are hundreds of these trillionaires throughout this country.  If that money were put into normal taxable use, it would pay off the deficit, but these trillionaires enjoy the good life while watching the country/people go bankrupt.  This is type 9 behavior.  I believe these trillionaires are Masons, a hidden group, in which all Presidents have joined, according to one Mason I met.  www.freemason.com - this may be Mafia central.

From Fahrenheit 9 /11, Michael Moore pointed me to some key evidence against George Bush on 9/11.

• On 911, when the First tower was hit, and during the 2nd hit, George Bush opted to go into a school and read a book for 10 minutes before doing something about it.  This is documented in Fahrenheit 911.
• Then on the golf course, Bush makes it remarked "we need to stop these terrorists. Now watch this drive". This is one of the most callous remarks I have ever heard, to know that people and soldiers are dieing, yet "watch this drive."  This is typical of type 9.  He could give a crap!
• 9/11 - The Bin Laden's, guests of George Bush, were allowed to exit the country 3 days after 911 occurred. Fahrenheit 911 also documents the connections between George Bush and Osama Bin Laden.

This seems amazing that a complaint of this nature has not occurred before, given all the overwhelmingly  damaging evidence that Fahrenheit 911 displays.  I think the only piece of evidence missing was why and how (the conspiracy against me using godly powers).  It would seem that God's plan was waiting for me to impeach George Bush and his administration.

On the morning of 911, I was getting hair transplants done for my receding hairline. At the exact moments the first tower was hit, the doctor just took out the skin on the back of my head that would results in my first scar.  I got the second scar from the same plastic surgeon three months later, in a follow-up. I receive complements all the time from people asking if I had a lobotomy done.  I call these wonderful looking scars my 911 scars.  My first 911 scar seems like an unbelievable coincidence, or with recent evidence, a conspiracy to make me look like I was responsible for 9/11 and terrorism throughout the world.

One night, I met a clean-shaven man who admired Saddam Hussein's tactics in using terror to control people. He also had political interests. I inferred he was the Mafia.  In our discussion he told me he hated paying taxes.  Also, that 911 planes can be (were?) flown with magic.  Also, that oil fields are a replenishable resource - that is not simply made from decayed plants and animals.  The can only this can occur if magic is being used to replenish oil reserves.  This is how I think there are so many trillioniares - the Middle East oil reserve is governed by the mob, sold to the US, and the money funneled into the US mob tax free.

Now if the major oil supplies in the world are housed in the Middle East, that would make Iraq a very powerful money reserve.  But you see, I believe, ironically, that the mob was getting a cut of the oil reserves in Iraq already, but Iraq and Saddam were made pawns in the game by George Bush and the Bin Ladens solely to create type 9 chaos in Iraq.  With no WMDs and no pullout of troops, that seems evident.

The 2000 election was incredibly close, almost miraculously close. Almost as miraculous as godly powers are on the planet.  In fact I believe that's godly powers were being used by the mob to help rig the election, not just to win, but to show how close the Mafia can make the election, and still win, as though they were taunting me and the whole country with what they can pull off.  As a result, this would put George Bush into office. Then in almost identical fashion, the 2004 election was decided on one state, Ohio - not quite a cliffhanger as 2000, but quite rare. With Fahrenheit 911 portraying the deception by George Bush, who would vote for him.  Amazingly, George Bush won!  I do believe that magic was used to rig the election.

I will later bring forth points mentioned on http://www.votetoimpeach.org/ which point to deceptively creating type 9 chaos throughout the world.

1. Seizing power to wage wars of aggression in defiance of the U.S. Constitution, the U.N. Charter and the rule of law; carrying out a massive assault on and occupation of Iraq, a country that was not threatening the United States, resulting in the death and maiming of tens of thousands of Iraqis, and hundreds of U.S. G.I.s.
2. Lying to the people of the U.S., to Congress, and to the U.N., providing false and deceptive rationales for war.
3. Authorizing, ordering and condoning direct attacks on civilians, civilian facilities and locations where civilian casualties were unavoidable.
4. Threatening the independence and sovereignty of Iraq by belligerently changing its government by force and assaulting Iraq in a war of aggression.

This complaint may be untimely in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, but I also have suspicions about the mob using godly powers to make that disaster more devastating, all occurring days before my crucial David Copperfield hearing on 2 Sep 2005.  I am also suspicious of the London bombing.

I believe 911 and the War in Iraq was conspired by the George Bush administration under the guidance of the mafia, with godly powers at their disposal, in a quest to try to set me up as a false profit, like I am responsible for these events and everything bad in the world.  I am suing the Georgy Bush administration, for $1 trillion, for conspiracy against me, Chris Roller, in accordance with 42 U.S.C. § 1985 and 18 U.S.C. § 241.
