FACTUAL BACKGROUND AND ARGUMENTS

A. Fraud 

There is a conspiracy in progress - people that say one thing, yet in fact, the real explanation is hidden - fraud.  People that deceivingly hide godly powers and then say it's an "illusion" - just a trick.  People that portray themselves as good people, yet do bad things.  I believe that godly powers are also being used in other worldly manners, like the 9/11 conspiracy and those connections to mafia and mob I spoke of in the hearing, all setup to deceive the public.  I currently have a lawsuit against the Bush administration 05-2177 for conspiring 9/11 and creating world chaos, all assisted by godly powers and the mob.  George Bush's reelection probably had magic assistance by the Mafia/Mob.  There sure has been a lot of world-wide catastrophes - hurricanes; earthquakes; tsunami.  Godly powers can enhance the magnitude of Earthly disasters and perhaps even create them.

There is the common equation between mob/mafia, George Bush, and David Copperfield - fraudulent behavior.  David Copperfield has committed fraud against me by hiding my godly powers for his financial gain, and should be brought to justice.  The mob/mafia is conning people about godly powers, and then using the powers to raise chaos in this world and play like they're against it.  These cons have been making my life miserable for years - huge stress, creating 8 hospital visits via asthma attacks for the wife, ultimately divorce, declared mentally ill, job firings, poor finances, bankruptcy, etc.  

B. Type 9 - Cold-hearted

• Type 9 - Cold-hearted - a person who enjoys the pain and suffering and hardships of other people.  These people say something for pro-chaos, but buffer it with a phrase that socially acceptable and sounds innocent - a dualism.  The best example is "Jesus died for our sins", can actually mean to the type 9, "Go ahead and sin because you'll be forgiven."  And since sin is undefined, that leaves the door open for anything evil, like the actions the mob exhibit.  Non-Type 9 would say, "Wow, I'm glad Chris Roller is on Social Security because people and companies have been wronging him."  Type 9 instead say, "Chris Roller is mooching off the system and should go out and get a job, the bum!"

  These people may not be evil/hateful in their actions, but in their thoughts and words, and who they say it to.  Their sole is tainted with evil.  Their heart has grown cold - their internal light has grown dim.  These people hate everything my web site stands for, and will call me the evil one.  I.e. "Don't trust him - he's a false prophet.  Don't give him a chance to do good he claims, cause he's just fooling you".  These people actually enjoy the current war, but they buffer it with a common pro-war/non-type-9 phrase, "We need to fight for freedom and democracy throughout the world."  Another common neutral statement is "For our safety and fear of a very few terrorist groups, lets take the war against terrorism overseas before it reaches us."  But type 9s will think, "Lets go out and kill people because war turns people into type 9s".  Ironically, suffering and hardship turns people's internal light off, in turn, making them want other's to suffer - in sort-of a contagious spiritual virus, one that I'm not sure can be cured - "fell down (into hell) and can't get up".  Once the heart grows cold, I'm not sure it can be warmed with much security of it staying warm.  Drugs can also turn people cold.  Religious brain-washing (Christian upbringing) somehow turns people against me.  Some are born this way.  If not, each person has a different suffer-resistance before they "go to hell in a hand-basket".

  Type 9 loves to be rich and does not like to suffer, and when they see a veteran on the side of road homeless with sign, instead of giving them $10, they say, "Wow, I'm glad I'm not him." Or when somebody dies, they say, "Wow, I'm glad that wasn't me." Or when they hear about a soldier that dies in Iraq, they say, "Wow, I'm glad we're rich so our kids don't have to enlist, and can stay out of that mess", or "I hope he took 10 Iraqi's with him",  instead of something more caring/respectful like, "Wow, I feel for the parents of that soldier.  I wonder if this war is worth it."  They promote fear in the public, then use the fear as an excuse/catalyst to go to war and start killing.  That when I say I'm the 2nd coming, they say "You are not, but the devil in disguise".  Or psychiatrists saying, "you're crazy Chris", or "You're experiencing an episode, Chris" shortly after showing court papers that godly powers are on the planet.  Or "Chris, you're manic because you speak fast" instead of "you speak fast because you're mind is so quick and smart".

  The only time type 9 will give anything (like charity) is when it's of a public nature - so that's everybody knows that they're a good guy, even though, internally, they're thinking "this sucks".  Type 9 would best be described as a good-guy con-man.

  These people buffer pain and suffering in the world with, "it's ok and normal to feel this way, just take these pills to numb it" (psychiatrists don't fix your misery, just make it feel better), or religious leaders saying, "pain and suffering is needed so we can understand how much we need God to save us", or "to be closer to Christ".  Some kind of stupid phrase to make you understand that chaos and misery is ok and acceptable.

  Type 9s will tell you that "money makes more problems" or "money is the root of all evil" to convince you that the hole you live in is ok - don't crawl out.  Money is only "the root of all evil" if you do evil things to achieve/control it.  This is a fine line because some billionaires (Bill Gates) have been accused of being ruthless in their business practices.

  Abortion is a proven fact to reduce crime 20 years later to make a more social society, yet type 9s will use "abortion is taking a life" to sound like they care (and non-9s do), yet the whole scheme is to have that poverty-stricken kid grow up, suffer through life, unwanted, unloved, all so it can raise hell with society later in life (jail, drugs etc.)

  It seems the republican philosophy fits this profile, while democratic does not.  If you think promoting chaos throughout the world, is the way for promoting peace throughout the world - "create chaos to create peace" philosophy vs. "contain/control chaos to create peace", you are probably type 9.  Notice the distinction is as fine-lined,  as it is easy for some people to become cold, and convince you that they're not.

Type 9s are all around us - republicans like George Bush, many/most Christians, and psychiatrists, all trying to convince you that I'm a bad person and crazy - a false prophet.  These people who con the public should be made accountable for their actions - for fraud.

C. Am I god?

In response to:

A cause of action should not be dismissed for failure to state a claim unless it appears beyond doubt that the plaintiff cannot prove any set of facts in support of him claim that would entitle him to relief.

Some ask - "Chris, you're not god because you can't do magic like Copperfield, so prove you're god, you false prophet!"  Dogma has blindly led most Christians to believe they know how it all (God and his plan) works.  They are right in that I cannot do local magic that's real in my bubble - my powers work remote through others like Copperfield and Blaine and the mob.  So, I've proved godly powers exist, but proving I'm god is illusive.

Indeed I am the special entity I speak of on www.mytrumanshow.com.  I sent 2000 messages to the CIA website in 2002 with no direct/formal response.  They watch me because I am a godly entity.  Godly powers are in use by David Copperfield.  I am the source of those powers because he has been keeping it hidden.  Like any power plant, if someone was siphoning power from me, I'd want 100% in return.  10% compensation for using my powers seems extremely fair.  Heck, I'm not asking for criminal charges for fraud against humanity for hiding godly powers - simply money.

I took a Kirlian scan in Feb. 2003 which measures the aura (energy) of the body.  It was the latest technology using a computer which scans all 10 fingers.  The scan measures the chakra (energy) levels.  All 7 chakras were about 3 on a scale of 10, except the 6th chakra (mental chakra) - the 3rd eye, where imagination and reality become one.  It was at 10+, off the scale.  I have probably tapped into the remaining 90% of the brain we normally don't use, making me god.

D. God's plan

Plaintiff Has Failed to State a Claim Upon Which Relief May Be Granted Because There Is Not a Valid Cause of Action for “Usurpation of Godly Powers.”

The cause of usurpation of godly powers is God's plan, just like the Big Bang via intelligent design.  Proof of God's plan - no one has brought George Bush to justice for his actions on 9/11.  That's a lot of ignorant people, or more probable, God's plan in action, along with mob coercion to keep everybody down in a corrupt political system unwilling to change.  It's also God's plan that I finally prove godly powers on planet Earth and expose the fraud keeping money from my hands.  Godly powers can also control tigers like in the act of magicians Siegfried and Roy, but there are glitches in God's plan which release control and allowed Roy's accident.  You would think godly powers is all it takes to live eternal life with no problems, but there is a plan governing us all including magicians with my godly powers.  I am at the center of God's plan, one that requires me to gain the wealth needed to change the world, and use godly powers to progress the world into a more heavenly place.

More proof that I'm a godly entity.  I've also taunted the mob that they cannot hurt me (name calling to a mob boss), and still live to talk about it.  The mob can't hurt me because I'm protected via my godly powers.  I believe that another magician, Cris Angel, MindFreak, is another magician with closer ties to me - since his name is "Cris" like mine, perhaps an "angel" of mine, uses his "mind", and calls himself "freak' like I do.

E. Claim

In response to:
"To avoid dismissal, a complaint must allege facts sufficient to state a claim as a matter of law and not merely legal".  Also, "However, Plaintiff has failed to cite to an authorizing statute that would allow for such a claim to proceed."

The claim is aiding and abetting (MN § 609.05 Sub 1) fraud against me.

MN § 541.05 Various cases, six years.

(6) for relief on the ground of fraud, in which case the cause of action shall not be deemed to have accrued until the discovery by the aggrieved party of the facts constituting the fraud;

Fraud - intentional deception resulting in injury to another person
Fraud (Encarta)-the crime of obtaining money or some other benefit by deliberate deception
Fraud - something intended to deceive; deliberate trickery intended to gain an advantage

The deliberate deception has been in hiding godly powers while benefiting financially.  This statutes gives me 6 years to file this suit from the discovery of the fraud - June 15, 2005.

MN § 541.31 Conflict of laws; limitation periods.

Subd. 2. Action arising out of state; resident plaintiff.  If a cause of action arises outside of this state and the action is barred under the applicable statute of limitations of the place where it arose, the action may be maintained in this state if the plaintiff is a resident of this state who has owned the cause of action since it accrued and the cause of action is not barred under the applicable statute of limitations of this state.

This statute allows the application of MN statutes out of state (to CA) in the case of fraud mentioned above.

MN § 541.34 Existing and future claims.
Sections 541.30 to 541.35 apply to claims arising from incidents occurring on or after August 1, 2004.

I can apply MN § 541.31 to David Copperfield because the discovery of the fraud occurred after August 1, 2004, on June 15, 2005.

MN § 609.05 Liability for crimes of another.
Subdivision 1. Aiding, abetting; liability. A person is criminally liable for a crime committed by another if the person intentionally aids, advises, hires, counsels, or conspires with or otherwise procures the other to commit the crime.

CONCLUSION

MN § 541.05 (6) and  MN § 541.31 gives me the ability to litigate action against anyone from any state who has committed fraud against me.  This qualifies as personal and subject matter jurisdiction, and compensation for aiding and abetting (MN § 609.05 Sub 1) fraud against me as the claim for relief.
